All Time Low

       All Time Low's website features conventions of a Rock website rather than an Indie genre website or a mix of the two.  It is mostly dark, and the colour scheme features 2 main colours, black and red. Therefore, the black being the background and the red highlighting pictures and the band. Again the right of the webpage shows no information, only the left. A direct link to  their new video is posted as a picture on the first post. All the links are on the menu bar at the top o fthe page highlighted by red. A band photo is presented to the right of the title.

Snow Patrol

 Snow Patrol's website relates to the codes and conventions of an Indie/Rock genre website. It is clear, with bright colours which are also quite smooth and dim in places. It isn't dark or cluttered like conventional Rock genre websites. The sides do not move and the image does not change, this is an idea which we may incorporate into our website, which will also follow codes and conventions of an Indie/Rock website. The title is on big bold letters in order to catch attention. There is nothing to the right of the page, information which could be here, is most likely shown on separate individual pages, which leaves this part clear, also showing the image that Snow Patrol currently promote, the eagle. They have a slide show of upcoming news and pictures, with a link to their Twitter account.
